Research & Analyses Team (R A Team)

Research & Analyses team carries out survey & research work of the areas, outlets, logistics, time, distance, obstacles and feasibilities before starting the actual strategy making process. This information is highly valuable for us as well as the customer we work for. Moreover, for instant sharing of the information this team is equipped with Digital Cameras and GPS enabled phones. This experienced team also notes down practical problems like electricity wirings, condition of walls and plaster, condition of approach roads etc. Even the minutest details are studied thoroughly like culture and the dialects spoken in any particular region.

Planning & Strategy Team (P S Team)

Based on the data procured by R A Team, this team designs the strategy, delivery time frame and the mode of transport etc. Planning & Strategy team is well informed about various routes, rules & regulations of different State Transport Authorities and Highway Authority, timing restrictions and a lot of other factors that might influence the smooth functioning of the deliveries.

The Production Team.

Producing top quality signage is an art. Global Solutions has signage artists who have mastered the art, craft and science of making exceptional sigh boards over the years. Highest production standards are maintained and cross-checked to ensure nothing short of ‘the best’. A lot of quality checks like gauging the material, testing strength & thickness of Flex, testing the printing heads before printing etc. are done on regular basis so that products maintain consistent quality & durability.
The finest raw material is procured from the most trusted sources, and then dispatched to our printing and fabrication units, located at various places in the NCR. This multi-location set up makes us capable of producing publicity material in large volumes.

Installation & Service Team (I S Team)

This unit consists of hardcore installation experts who been doing outdoor & indoor installations over the years. Along with expertise, they have deep knowledge of electrical operations, building materials & installation techniques.  Apart from ensuring safety and good finishing, this team also takes ‘on location’ pictures and gets the ‘Feedback Form’ filled by dealerships and retailers.

Monitoring Team.

Monitoring Team works round-the-clock to monitor & inspect existing and ongoing installations, this team also sends the data related to after effects of rains or storms during monsoon and bad weather. Surprise visits are also paid in order to keep a tight vigil on installations taking place at various locations.
